TITA EXPO 2012, which is organized by Tirupur IT Association (TITA) is conducting during 27, 28, 29 July 2012 at Harvey Kumarasamy Hall Tirupur. Lenovo is the major sponsor of the expo. According to Shanmugam, President, TITA, “We are very happy to get the sponsorship of Lenovo and we are very thankful to the efforts of Abi Computers, Coimbatore (RD, Lenovo) get this sponsorship.”

The organizers expect 25,000 visitors during the three day IT exhibition. There will be 45 stalls with one main stage for the sponsor and two small stages for co-sponsors. The association has confirmed the booking of almost 40 stalls.

“The business of our small slump members is very less and they are facing lots of problems due to it. By conducting this exhibition, we aim to improve the sales of our members. We can fight against the global market slow down as well through this expo. We are focusing on verticals like home and education segments to increase their business.  Also, this is an opportunity for the consumers in our city to lay hands on the latest technologies in the IT hardware industry,” Shanmugam told.
