SOUL ( Stand On oUr Legs)
Dear Confed-ITA Members,
PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HUGE FUNDS GETTING MISHANDLED IN FUTURE WE CAN HAVE FOOL PROOF NORMS FRAMED. It is time we start rolling out SOUL as mentioned to you earlier in the Summit let me reiterate the purpose of SOUL.
- 1. We should not depend on anyone for anything (Sponsorship) & keep going behind for our summit/ Meetings/ Exhibitions.
- 2. All of us work 12 hours a day & at the end of the day find it very hard to make ends meet & all cannot give the best what we can for our family, given this situation don’t you think if we have the following facilities common for all of us which could take care of every minute aspects which would best for all our families at no cost?
- 3. The 0.1% collected thru SOUL would be used to develop…
- a. Community Center :
A community center in each of our location where our families would put it to use to the maximum benefit, all kinds of extra-curricular activities for wives & Children should be available, yoga & Meditation classes, Management training sessions, Conference hall for our Meetings & any IT related fairs would be conducted only in this centre. I am sure there are more things which could be discussed & put this to maximum use to ensure the STATUS of our COMMUNITY (us & our family)goes up year after year.
- b. SCHOOLS :
An international public school in all our 14 Association locations which would be open to public but free for our children to get the best of education & grow up to be smart kids.
- c. INSURANCE:
We have now insured all our members for life but going forward we would like to insure all our Members & their family on Medi-claim also which covers hospitalization on any grounds for the entire family.
- d. DISASTER RECOVERY :
In case any of our member loses his life or fails in business on genuine reasons his family would automatically get protected in terms of all the above facilities provided.(there would not be any funds provided from this kitty towards business failure which please note).
Thinks mentioned above are only some of the goals I am sure we can do a lot more to our community.
For everything BIG & BEST there is no smooth beginning & there is enough hindrance but we all need to be focused on the GOAL & DREAM about this for it to be a REALITY.
I need all associations’ co-operation & support for making it a Grand Success.
